There are very many different log books ("diaries") available to record your blood glucose readings and, if you're on insulin, your insulin doses. Most of these log books, unfortunately, are simply not very good as they don't allow you and your health care team to readily analyze the numbers. You deserve better considering all the hard work you've put into testing and recording!
